The Apple Pencil Pro works with the 11- and 13-inch iPad Pro with M4 and M5 chips, the 11- and 13-inch iPad Air with M2, M3, and M4 chips, and the iPad mini with the A17 Pro chip. The base iPad and older models do not support it. The tablet model is listed in Settings, under "About Device." Check it before ordering.

What can he do?

- Pinch opens the palette: change the tool, line thickness, and color without lifting the stylus from the screen. - Rotate the stylus around its axis to rotate the brush or pen shape. - Tactile feedback confirms your pinch and touch. - Hover shows where the stroke will fall before you touch. - Double-tap switches tools.

The stylus also senses pressure and tilt, so the line becomes thicker or thinner, like a pencil.

The stylus attaches magnetically to the side of the iPad. This allows it to connect, charge, and be stored. A lost Apple Pencil Pro can be located using the Find My app.

At checkout, the stylus will be connected to your iPad in front of you if you brought your tablet. The store comes with a 12-month warranty.
