Apple TV 4K: Which Version Should You Choose?

The Apple TV 4K comes in two versions. Both are powered by the A15 Bionic chip. It comes with a Siri Remote with a touchpad and voice control button, and it charges via USB-C.

  • Wi-Fi, 64 GB - the TV is in a strong Wi-Fi zone, you don't have any games.
  • Wi-Fi and Ethernet, 128GB of Gigabit wired internet, Thread support for your smart home, and twice the space for apps and games.

There's no difference between the versions for watching movies. A wired connection is useful if the router is far away and the TV's Wi-Fi is weak. The set-top box connects to the TV via HDMI.

Not every movie and TV series is available in 4K and HDR: quality depends on the service and internet speed.

What can the console do?

4K video in Dolby Vision and HDR10+, Dolby Atmos surround sound. FaceTime calls are displayed on the TV via the iPhone or iPad camera. The set-top box functions as a smart home hub and controls HomeKit and Matter accessories, including remotely. Combined with HomePod speakers, it creates a home theater.

The console will be turned on in front of you at checkout, and the serial number will be verified. Payment will be made after verification. The store warranty is 12 months.
